Do you also work out at tournaments?
Yes I do try to work out at tournaments. Of course the routine is not the same as it is at home, since I don’t have the time and I need all my energy for the tournament. It all depends what options I have there but I like to go running or swimming and I do stretching, coordination and flexibility training. Doing stuff like that also helps me relax and clear my head.
How many times per week should you work out?
It is hard to say how many times you should work out since it depends on the person and the physical condition. I do believe that you should work out 3 times a week to achieve long-term goals. For more information you should always talk to a fitness trainer or go to a fitness gym, because they can develop an exact fitness routine for you and tell you how often, how long and what exactly you should include in your workout.
