This year I represented Austria together with Mario He, a new young upcoming player, at the World Cup of Pool in Manila. The event took place at the big Robinson Mall, where they had enough room for all the billiard fans. In the first round we had to play the team from the Netherlands starring Niels Feijen and Huidji See. It was definitely not an easy draw especially since there was no losers round at this event. Up to the score of 3:3 we played well but a missed 9 ball changed the match completely. We started making bad mistakes which gave our opponents the chance to take over. In the end we had to accept a painful 8:3 defeat.
